| Carl
Youmans, owner of Youmans' Construction Services, offers a
wealth of experience to his customers. Since 1973, Carl has been involved in the housing
industry. In 1992 he began building new homes and helping his customers to save on the
cost of new construction using his "Owner Involved Builder" approach. His educational background includes Defiance High School and Bowling Green
State University.
A member of the National
Association of Home Builders, Carl adheres to industry-established construction guidelines
and policies.
As a holder of a Real Estate
Broker's License with the State of Ohio, he will help you design your new home with a view
towards resale. From time to time he will ask his wife, Linda, for her input on a design.
Linda is a full-time REALTOR with one of the larger companies in the area.
Carl and Linda have 7 children,
15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchild. Carl knows how important it is to stretch that
hard-earned dollar to receive the most for it.
